Driven by her belief in movement as a form of healing, Caitlin takes great pride in curating a studio environment where carefully selected instructors guide you through a journey of self-love, healing, connection, and strength.

Backed by extensive training, including a 500hr RYT and 500hr Reformer Pilates certification, Caitlin continuously seeks wisdom from various mentors. She sees her life's purpose as nurturing the personal growth and fostering the high vibrational lifestyles of others.

Jessica is a multi-talented individual who seamlessly navigates through various roles, including that of a high school dance teacher, a skilled photographer, and a dedicated fitness instructor. As a dedicated personal trainer specializing in postural energetics, alignment, functional training, pilates, and yoga, Hannah perceives our physical forms as mirrors of our inner perceptions. Emma Lyon
Emma’s yoga, fitness, and wellness story began over 10 years ago following a medical diagnosis at the age 14. Embracing exercise and movement as a coping tool, she discovered a newfound strength and passion, inspiring her mission to share the transformative power of movement with others. Emma aspires to help others use movement to heal and strengthen their minds, bodies, and souls, honoring each individual’s unique needs and goals.
Her classes emphasize intentional muscle cuing for a profound mind-body connection. Drawing from a rich background of diverse teaching experiences across yoga, fitness (strength, HIIT, prenatal), and dance, Emma curates meaningful classes that foster holistic growth. Empowered by her desire to elevate and support others towards the finish line, Emma fosters a collective perspective shift, emphasizing movement as an opportunity and encouraging participants to finish stronger than how they started.
