Lifted Pilates

This class seamlessly integrates the core-strengthening and alignment-focused principles of Pilates with elements of traditional strength training exercises. Experience a dynamic and comprehensive workout that combines the best of both worlds, featuring strength training, traditional Pilates, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Athletic Cadillac

The Cadillac is the original apparatus invented by Joseph Pilates (invented before the reformer). The Cadillac Trapeze Table supports exercise and rehabilitation. On the Cadillac you will do an array of exercises from simple spine movements, to body weight work, to resistance training , to advanced acrobatic work. Low impact and challenging, you’ll walk away feeling lengthening and extra strengthened. We are one of four studios in world that offer this modality as group fitness. We have six Cadillacs in your Happy Hour room.

Cold Plunge

After indulging in a revitalizing hot class, refresh your body and invigorate your mind by stepping into our shower and then immersing yourself in our cold plunge for 30 seconds to 5 minutes. The benefits of this cold plunge are manifold: it aids in reducing inflammation, promotes muscle recovery, boosts metabolism, provides relief from pain and stress, enhances sleep quality and circulation, bolsters immune function, and fosters mental strength and discipline.
